Are you an experienced Contract Administrator looking to work across a diverse portfolio of high-quality fit out and construction projects? This is an opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected commercial builder delivering projects across Canberra and the wider ACT region.
The opportunity
You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects ranging from commercial fit outs through to new build construction. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you’ll be responsible for managing contracts, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Administer head contracts and subcontracts across multiple projectsPrepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packagesManage procurement processes and letting of tradesTrack project costs, variations, and cash flow forecastingAssess and process progress claims and variationsEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelinesWork collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
About You
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction (ideally in the Canberra/ACT Market)Exposure to both fit out and new build projects (highly regarded)Strong knowledge of contract administration and procurement processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail with strong financial and commercial acumenAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines
