* Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records, documenting test results and medications administered by ophthalmologists.
* Ensure equipment cleanliness and maintenance, prepare necessary supplies, and manage inventory levels to optimize efficiency.
* Effectively schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate routine office tasks including reception, telephone operations, and booking procedures, in addition to ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and retrieving specifications for eyeglasses and contact lenses from prescriptions prepared by ophthalmologists or optometrists.
