The spa & retail co-ordinator role is ideal for an experienced, qualified therapist wanting to share their industry knowledge & experience and support our therapists to thrive.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, learning and development plus a successful working history as a beauty/dermal/massage therapist.
* Ensure the smooth running of the day for all customers, therapists & wellness practitioners
* Update, implement and document all processes and policies
* Co-ordinate all therapists and practitioners with grace, understanding and accountability
* Maintain 5 star standards and presentation across entire the entire business
* Pro-actively improve and grow the business in conjunction with the leadership team
* Take ownership of the role with creativity and passion
* Confidence to work independently
* Strong Microsoft, word & excel skills
* Social media skills highly regarded
* Excellent client rapport & ability to multi-task with a smile
* Confidence in creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education
* Interest in long-term treatment plans and combining internal health, homecare and treatments to achieve client goals
* Most importantly… a passionate advocate for spa, skin, wellness and working collaboratively
The massage therapist role is perfect for an experienced massage and spa therapist for a passion for variety in their work. We are ideally looking for a remedial massage therapist with provider numbers.
* Provide consistently exceptional massages - relaxation, deep tissue & remedial
* Confidence to work independently, connect with clients and create a loyal client base
* Excellent client rapport & ability to multi-task with a smile
* Confidence in creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education
* Interest in long-term treatment plans and combining internal health, homecare and treatments to achieve client goals
* Most importantly… a passionate advocate for spa, skin, wellness and working collaboratively
