About the role
Based in modern offices next to Pitt Street Mall, you'll join a tight-knit team of two senior consultants, a candidate manager and dedicated offshore support. Step into active roles and focus on delivery, relationships and revenue.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and grow established client relationships
* Reverse market high-calibre candidates to existing agencies
* Run active residential real estate job briefs end-to-end
* Coordinate interviews, offers and salary negotiations
* Drive consistent billing and pipeline activity
Skills & experience
* 5+ years' experience in real estate (sales, leasing, PM or operations)
* Recruitment experience advantageous but not essential
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Commercially minded and comfortable negotiating outcomes
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* up to $90,000 base salary + phone + laptop
* Above-market commission structure (OTE $150k+)
