Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of major civil works projects.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to drive project performance and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage civil construction projects from commencement to completion
* Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Monitor project performance and reporting
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Lead and support site teams to achieve project objectives
* Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in project management within civil construction or infrastructure
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project programs
* Sound knowledge of civil construction methodologies and WHS requirements
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams
* Relevant engineering or construction qualifications
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach
