The Role
You will create a world-class customer experience that drives store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice VM principles.
· Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execution of VM event set-ups and new store openings.
· Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customers.
· Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the VM framework.
· Assess store needs and use your judgment to make locally relevant decisions that maximize sales.
