An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Property Manager to join a high-performing retail property team based in Coomera. In this role, you’ll support the Centre Manager and Facilities Manager across a portfolio of retail assets for a well-established property owner.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the Centre Managers with the day-to-day management of retail centres
* Coordinating tenant sales reporting, turnover data and retailer communication
* Assisting with arrears management, rent reviews and general lease administration
* Preparing monthly reports and supporting centre performance tracking
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance and compliance, including work orders and invoice processing
* Managing the end-to-end property management of a smaller asset with support from the Centre Manager
The experience we’re looking for:
* Around 2–3 years’ experience within property, retail property management or commercial real estate
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Experience with property management systems such as MRI, Cirrus8 or similar is advantageous
* A current QLD driver’s licence and real estate licence or certificate of registration is desirable
