We do domestic building maintenance for rental property managers, tailoring the kinds of jobs and location to suit your individual skills. We're currently looking for someone who lives in the western suburbs of Melbourne that can do general maintenance as well as having some experience in small tiling jobs (like showers). We employ you as subcontractor so you have the freedom of managing your own time around your personal life, while still having as much reliable work as you wish. Most of our guys make around $2k per week, but you could do double that or half that, depending on how much you wish to work. The starting rate would be $50/hr.
Requirements
* Your own basic tools & transport, and an ABN (we can help you with the ABN, it's easy)
* Enjoy variety which will include some plastering & painting as well as basic carpentry
* Enjoy the freedom of organising your own time & working on your own
* Be self-motivated, trustworthy, and fit with a positive attitude

Pay: $50.00 per hour
