As a conveyancing specialist, you need to possess:
* Ability to manage contracting process; supporting registrations, sales, and settlements while delivering a great experience to stakeholders
* Previous experience as a conveyancing lawyer or specialist
* Knowledge of real estate development and titles office registration requirements
* Experience using PEXA, DocuSign, SharePoint, and Salesforce are preferred
