About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a Night shift Construction supervisor to support the successful project delivery. The role will work closely with project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
* Monitor and report on project progress and performance
* Manage project documentation and communications
* Support procurement, contractor management, and project submissions
* Coordinate project resources and ensure compliance with site access and safety requirements
* Assist with commissioning activities and project handover processes
* Maintain financial records including invoices, accruals, and payment claims
* Ensure governance, risk, and change management processes are followed
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience supporting project delivery in construction, infrastructure, or energy
* Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office and project management systems
