Position Duties
* Manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines
* Take ownership of your department's budgets and targets, and analyse efficiency to achieve the company's objective
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure your team meets the same standards by leading by example and providing training.
* Drive sales and achieving KPI's for your department
* Plan and manage the rosters of your team aligned with budget and business needs
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
* Utilise your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
* Manage and support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
* Conduct store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
* Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behaviour for all participants within the workplace.
Role Requirements
* Diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience, or 3 years of relevant work experience
* Passionate about leading your team to success and providing an exceptional customer experience
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Experience managing a large team
* Commercially minded with strong product knowledge and insight on trends
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Visual merchandising experience
* Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
* Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays and weekends
