The Role Reporting to the Head of Technology, this is a key role supporting change management across a major ERP implementation. You'll play a central part in driving finance transformation outcomes, with a focus on improving Procure-to-Pay processes, CAPEX financial management, and developing high-impact training and communication materials. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to someone who thrives in a project-based, collaborative environment. We anticipate this role to be for the next 3 -4 months. Key responsibilities include: Lead change management activities to support ERP system implementation across finance and operations Map and redesign end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes to align with internal controls and system workflows Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, lead workshops, and drive engagement Support financial management of major CAPEX projects, including process documentation and solution design Develop clear, user-friendly training and communication materials for system and process changes Collaborate with technology and finance teams to ensure smooth rollout, data migration, and adoption of new tools Your Profile You're a CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with hands-on experience in ERP or finance transformation projects. You're comfortable engaging cross-functionally across a business, leading workshops, and mapping current and future-state processes. Ideally, you've worked in complex environments with major capital projects and understand system controls, internal governance, and workflow design.
