About the Role
As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing Lyka's partnerships CRM (HubSpot), including dashboards, property management, workflows, and integrations. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve Hubspot CRM workflows, collaborating with the Partnerships team to drive automation and efficiency in ways of working.
You will own the segmentation and data architecture in Hubspot CRM, working closely with the Data team. Additionally, you will support the rollout of new HubSpot features, tools, or processes, leveraging relevant beta tools and HubSpot releases.
Key responsibilities include designing and documenting CRM best practices, templates, and standardised processes for use across teams. You will create reporting to help the partnerships teams unlock deeper insights through dashboards and custom reporting views.
Furthermore, you will perform analysis of sales trends and performance to identify opportunities for optimisation, providing actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
* A minimum of 3+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Partner Operations, or CRM role within a B2B or B2B2C environment.
* Prior experience with a comprehensive SaaS sales or partnerships tech stack is crucial, encompassing CRM systems (HubSpot experience ideal) & sales automation.
* Hands-on experience maintaining & evolving data quality in a CRM platform.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform large data sets into meaningful insights for a variety of stakeholders.
* Basic understanding of data analysis tools is advantageous - Omni, or Tableau.
* Experience growing within a start-up sales or partnerships team is preferred. Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with partnership/sales managers.
