About The Opportunity
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administration Officer, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our busy aged care home.
With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions but mostly focusing on Occupancy, Compliance and admin duties at front reception.
The current opportunity is a Full Time 76 hour a fortnight role, Monday to Friday pm
To be successful, you will have
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Complete a NDIS workers check and/or Police check
Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and Admission Systems
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
Strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
