Senior Marketing Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B marketing, product development, and channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategy.
* Own reporting and planning cadences to leadership on GTM plan execution within allocated domains.
* Lead the orchestration of key Sales events such as annual Sales Conferences and Superclub.
* Build, manage, and grow the Marketing Activity Plan, setting and attaining business goals with team support.
* Create and articulate compelling value propositions that address specific customer needs.
* Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategy.
* Lead demand generation plans for Large Corporate to maximise return through events, performance marketing, and digital sources.
* Continuously test and refine the demand generation plan.
* Report on the success of each event against agreed metrics, adjusting future events as needed.
* Follow up with Sales and partner teams to ensure appropriate follow-up actions post every demand generation event.
* Ensure all Go-To-Market program efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
* Support the development of internal tools and processes, including streamlining lead processing, reporting, and tracking capability.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 10+ years of relevant GTM, Product, Sales, or Consulting experience.
* Strong skills in offer development and solution messaging.
* Knowledge and prior experience working in telecommunications.
* Experience working within the B2B space across Sales, Product Development, Channel Management, or Content Marketing.
* Awareness of internet, voice, and services for Small and Medium businesses.
* Past work experience in a marketing, product, sales operations, or strategic Go-To-Market role.
* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and digital lead generation.
* An in-depth understanding of the Business and/or Wholesale segment.
* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Engineering and/or an MBA.
