Located on the grounds of Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School in Springfield Lakes, Good Shepherd Child Care Services is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team. Long Day Care Time: 6am – 6pm
Qualification Required:Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Role: Permanent Part-Time (37.5hrs per week)
Pay Rate: $ $ Superannuation + Additional Allowances

* Plan and deliver a high quality, inclusive, educational program
* Supporting children to grow and develop and committing to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy, safe and nurturing environment.
* Participate in professional and personal development.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.
Job Requirements:
* Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA
* Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & the National Quality Standard
* Effective workplace communication skills
