Role
This leading club is seeking a Full Time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on the Hot section. The successful candidate will be involved in aspects of the kitchen operation, including preparing and cooking for A la Carte, breakfast, lunch and dinner, buffet service and functions, menu creation and junior staff management.

Key requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified chef.
* Grill, Saucier and Hot section experience is an advantage.
* A passion for creating premium quality food.
* Function and A la carte experience is an advantage.
* Positive Attitude & Innovative.
* Proven longevity in previous positions
