Our client is a long established, area landmark volume brand new car dealership located in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney. They have a vacancy for a Fleet Sales Manager to join their busy staff team. The dealership offers security of tenure, an excellent brand to sell, a solid income stream and a friendly working environment. The role is Monday to Friday only, and no weekend work is required.
Applicants for the position must have a strong track record in new car sales, with fleet experience being a definite advantage. You will have several years of experience either current or recent, be seeking a long term position and have the drive and energy to succeed. You will have strong negotiating, sales and closing skills along with excellent communication and people handling abilities.
Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer around $65k, super, commission structure and car. OTE is expected to be in the $120k to $150k range.
