The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Advisor on a full-time basis. Working closely with our Commercial, Government and Insurance Divisional leaders, this role will see you contributing to the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support divisional growth, enhance brand presence and drive client engagement across the firm.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Support the creation, implementation, and management of a marketing and profiling plan
* Review and manage all internal and external marketing communications, driving improvements in efficiencies and effectiveness
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of the division's marketing and communications strategy
* Review and manage written materials to a high standard, including client updates and articles, press releases, publications, newsletters, and other online and email marketing activities
* Support the preparation and project management of proposals and tender submissions
* Support the delivery of clear, concise and consistent messages
* Work with stakeholders to coordinate and manage industry award submissions and directories
* Ensure a co-ordinated approach to all client and market-facing activities including events and sponsorships working alongside Operations
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrated interest in keeping up to date on industry trends and applying a strategic approach to position the firm effectively
* An understanding of the legal profession and/or accounting/management consulting or a professional services environment is essential
* Relationship-building skills with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
* Ability to measure marketing activity, interpret data and provide meaningful insight
* Professional and approachable, using thoughtful curiosity to engage stakeholders and improve discussion and decision-making
* Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns, events, and content programs from planning through to delivery
