Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to support our clients with diverse backgrounds. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client interactions, and working collaboratively with colleagues.


The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Duties:

* Provide high-quality customer service to clients of all backgrounds
* Manage client interactions, including telephone enquiries and counter services
* Liaise extensively with clients who may require additional support or accommodations

* Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and exposure to mobile technology (Apple and Android applications)
* A desire to contribute positively towards an organisation that makes a difference in people's lives
