About the Role
As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring exceptional service, strong team performance, and smooth, efficient operations at all times. You will work closely with your team to uphold Dôme's brand standards while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Oversee daily café operations including opening and closing procedures
* Manage rosters, staffing levels, and labour costs
* Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
* Monitor stock levels, ordering, and waste control
* Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
About You
* Proven experience in a café or hospitality management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A hands-on, guest-focused approach
* Ability to work flexible hours, 7 days a week, early and late
* Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming environment
