about the organisation

people2people is proud to partner with a respected community-focused, not-for-profit organisation currently seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Reservations & Accommodation Coordinator. This role is integral to delivering exceptional support services and ensuring a seamless experience for their valued guests.

about the role

Based in Rockhampton, this busy and varied role will see you working 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday responsible for:

* Managing Reception
* Working with incoming reservations and bookings
* Meeting & greeting guests and coordinating all their transport requirements to and from appointments
* Assisting guests with requests
* Coordinating maintenance and service requests
* Processing accommodation invoices, administrative requisitions, petty cash and incoming donations
* Ensuring all consumables are stocked
* Assisting with administration support
* Handling any incoming enquiries
* Liaising with housekeeping team

selection criteria

* Previous Reception, Reservations, Guest Services or Administration experience
* Hospitality experience highly advantageous
* Computer literacy – MS Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to empathise and manage communications in a sensitive manner
* Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and coordination skills
* Understanding of basic accounting
