Responsibilities
* Contribute to a customer‐centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction.
* Work in a positive, energetic culture that celebrates creative thinking during an exciting time of reinvention for the brand.
* Maintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
* Process customer transactions on the point‐of‐sale system, leveraging interactions to build long‐term loyalty.
* Exceed sales targets and business KPIs.
The ideal candidate
* Excited about the new product offering and passionate about selling it.
* Experience in a similar role, providing memorable customer interactions.
* Experience using a point‐of‐sale system.
* Attention to detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
