The Role
This is a fully operational position working across days, nights and weekends, with responsibility for both people leadership and commercial outcomes.
You will:
* Be the face of Terrigal Beach House
* Lead, engage and support a large team of up to 70 team members
* Set the tone on the floor through visible, values-led leadership
* Build strong team culture that drives service standards, repeat visitation and revenue
* Manage labour effectively to support strong flow-through to GOP
* Understand budgets, wage controls and operational panels
* Plan ahead for peak periods, events and seasonal trade to protect service and profit
* Coach leaders to lift capability, accountability and performance
* Build strong relationships with locals and regular guests
* Ensure compliance with licensing and venue requirements through consistent leadership
This role is about leading people well, so the business performs well.

* Has experience in large, high-volume hospitality venues
* Is comfortable working weekends and nights
* Leads with honesty, integrity and sound judgement
* Understands the link between people engagement, revenue and GOP
* Builds trust through consistency and clear communication
* Is confident managing labour, costs and service delivery at scale
* Enjoys developing people and creating future leaders
* Is hands-on, visible and calm under pressure
Qualifications & Requirements
* Current RSA and ARCG (essential)
* Licensee qualifications (highly regarded, not essential)
* Strong operational and commercial understanding
* Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments
