Salary: Teacher, $88,178 – $127,737 per annum (pro‐rata) (SEA GA 2023)
Position: Permanent full‐time, commencing Term 3, 2026

Responsibilities
As a Teacher in the Science learning area you will: develop and deliver innovative and creative instruction that meets the diverse needs of students; design and implement assessment aligned with curriculum standards; lead ongoing improvements in pedagogy, curriculum and programming across Years 11 and 12; support the Science learning area to achieve targets set in the School Business Plan; and work collaboratively with the Head of Learning Area and fellow teachers to drive the school's vision.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and expertise in the science curriculum and pedagogy.
* Experience with instructional and curriculum design.
* Self‐reflective practice focused on quality teaching.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Mobility Appointment
Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South West Education Region school, may elect to undertake this role as a 3‐year mobility appointment with a right of return to their substantive position. At the cessation of the 3‐year mobility appointment teachers can elect to return to their substantive role or transfer permanently into this school.
