We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at an Aged Care Village. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to residents and their families.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming and efficient for all visitors
* Respond to calls, emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, including demographics, medical history and personal preferences
* Support facility tours, showcasing our village's amenities and services, and answering questions from prospective residents and their families
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, family members and other stakeholders
* Administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment, with proficiency in record-keeping, data entry and software applications
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team-based environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
