Overview
We are seeking a Cyber Risk & Compliance Analyst to support a short-term engagement focused on documenting, validating, and improving cyber risk processes. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure risk data is accurate, up to date, and aligned to the organisation's cyber risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities
Document and maintain cyber risks in line with established risk and compliance frameworks.
Review existing risk data and engage with stakeholders to validate the accuracy and completeness of risk information.
Follow the end-to-end cyber risk management process, including identification, assessment, treatment, and tracking of risks.
Use a risk management tool (e.g. ServiceNow or equivalent) to record, update, and manage risks.
Coordinate and follow up on outstanding risk issues, working with stakeholders to remediate and close gaps.
Support the clean-up and improvement of existing risk registers and risk documentation.
Process Improvement & Uplift
Establish and refine cyber risk processes to ensure they are clear, repeatable, and fit for purpose.
Support the setup of new risk assessments and ensure consistency in how risks are assessed and documented.
Contribute to improving risk governance and reporting practices.
Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of cyber risk, governance, and compliance principles.
Experience documenting and managing risk within an enterprise environment.
Exposure to ServiceNow or similar risk management tools (ServiceNow experience preferred but not essential).
Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders to gather information and drive outcomes.
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to design practical, repeatable risk processes.
Nice to Have
Experience working within structured cyber or enterprise risk frameworks.
Background in short-term uplift or remediation projects.
