About the Role:
Foster high quality collaboration, communication and information sharing to enable an understanding of the complexities and challenges that exist in the targeted area.
Lead and/or participate in projects for the delivery of services and plan and manage resources within project governance operating framework requirements.
Prepare high quality advice including briefing materials, correspondence, reports and project plans for a range of audiences.
Identify and assess issues impacting on the implementation of projects, strategies and initiatives, develop options and recommend solutions.
Review and analyse existing work systems, practices and procedures to ensure continual improvement.
Whilst prior experience in Deputy Principal or Senior Guidance Officer roles will be highly regarded, it is not mandatory for this role.
Start date up to 20 January can be negotiated.
About You:
It would be highly desirable to have the following skills and experience:
A passion for connecting and communicating within your team, Guidance Services, across Student Services and our broader region, and with school leadership teams.
Travel across both Metropolitan North regional offices, in North Lakes and Nundah respectively is required. (Applicants may preference their base location.)
Experience in Deputy Principal role or Senior Guidance Officer role will be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
