Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to support our portfolio of brands across the Wollongong District and Regional NSW. Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start to develop their career in sales within a supportive and growth-focused environment.
Candidates with a trade background – particularly in tiling – are strongly encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition off the tools and into a customer-facing sales position where they can leverage their hands-on industry knowledge.
The incumbent is required to perform the role in a hybrid model. With our NSW branch located in Yennora, you will be required to work remotely, with the expectation of fortnightly onsite attendance at the branch for training, admin and development. Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of the regional sales plan across NSW.
* Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Work towards achieving sales targets with continued guidance from the NSW Sales Manager.
* Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
* Support local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
* Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and administrative tasks.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training with support from the NSW Sales Manager and team.
* Gather market and competitor insights to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operation.
About You
* Trade background highly regarding, especially in tiling or related industries (flooring, construction, etc.)
* Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
* Customer-focused with a practical, solutions-based mindset.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel within Regional NSW as required.
