Hours: Monday to Friday, 76 hour fortnight
Salary: $90,000 package

About The Role
As a Payroll Officer on site, you will work in our friendly and supportive payroll team and be responsible for accurately processing and managing payroll fortnightly. You will work closely with our HR & finance team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and provide exceptional service to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process end-to‐end payroll for ****+ employees on a fortnightly basis.
* Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
* Handle payroll‐related queries from employees and provide timely resolution.
* Prepare reconciliations for leave balances and backpays.
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and enhance accuracy.
* Interpret complex EBA's and awards.
* Process terminations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent payroll knowledge, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem‐solve.
* A compassionate and positive approach to customer service.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
* Evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check.
