* Encouraging and motivating clients through tailored activities to find their own employment;
* Building strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
* Proactively marketing clients to potential employers;
* Securing sustainable employment outcomes that lead to client success;
* Ensuring all activity is accurately recorded, documented, and compliant with relevant requirements;
