Regional Crew Development Manager - Are you passionate about helping people succeed in the film and TV industry? We are seeking a dedicated team member to assist in delivering our regional crew pathways program.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing training programs, working with diverse stakeholders, and developing strong relationships. They will be responsible for preparing guidelines and documentation, managing workshops, assessing applications, sourcing work placements, and supporting trainees in their placements.

The Regional Crew Pathways Program aims to support early-career crew members in regional Australia. The program is run in the Northern Rivers and Far North Queensland, with potential to expand to other regions.

As the Regional Crew Projects Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing trainees, administering databases, and coordinating production resources. You will work closely with program partners, including AFTRS and Netflix, to achieve program outcomes.
