What You'll Be Doing
* Work within the Broken Hill Hospital Allied Health Service's collaborative practice model, part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Provide clinical services across Acute Inpatient, Subacute, Outpatient/Hand Therapy and Community settings; include outreach and telehealth where required.
* Deliver discipline leadership, clinical supervision and direct client care across negotiated case loads.
* Engage in professional development to upskill in required areas.

To be considered, please address the selection criteria in your application. The required qualifications and experience are:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy with registration via AHPRA and at least 3 years of post‐graduate clinical experience in a relevant clinical field.
* Current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel to meet work requirements.
* Advanced clinical practice knowledge and evidence‐based practice skills in Adult Occupational Therapy Services.
* Adherence to the NSW Health Code of Conduct and relevant professional standards.
* Strong time‐management, written and verbal communication, IT skills, and ability or willingness to use Telehealth software.
* Experience initiating, leading, implementing and evaluating quality improvement, research and service development initiatives.
* Ability to work independently, independently as part of a multidisciplinary team, and to prioritise a mixed caseload.
* Experience in clinical and team leadership, including staff and student supervision.
* Excellent communication skills for negotiation, decision making, advocacy and constructive collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
