**The successful applicant will have**:
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to undertake people management, including training, roster management and administration functions
- Commercial cleaning experience (Hotel, Resort or Office environment)
- Current experience in a similar supervisory role leading diverse teams in a cleaning environment
- Certificate II or above in Hospitality (or similar) would be highly favourable
- The proven ability to motivate and lead their team whilst working closely with management
