**About the role**
Join our passionate and high performance marketing team as Dulux Commercial Partnership & Programs Manager. This is a unique and varied role, with a broad scope, working with our architectural and specification customers and partners, focusing on specification growth, brand loyalty and growth in commercial audience segments.
You will navigate long-term customer-focused marketing strategies and action plans to support growth across Dulux Trade Specifier.
You will be the interface with the customer, marketplace & peak industry bodies that inform the brand, sales tools, communication platform and programmes required to deliver short
- and long-term business goals.
This is a role with real impact, and you will play a high-profile role within the Dulux business working with varied key external and internal stakeholders.

The role is based out of Clayton.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a long-term marketing strategy to deliver sales growth by managing Dulux Trade Specifier strategy and activity
- Plan and execute content creation and marketing communications across relevant channels including printed material, digital and social media
- Manage and leverage of our key industry partnerships in the AIA, DIA, AIDA including delivering the Dulux Study Tour (and Alumni) events and programs
- Work with Specifiers (architects, designers, builders, engineers) to leverage the Dulux brand value proposition
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, event management, public relations or partnership management roles
- Strong events management skills
- Demonstrated experience working with architects or designers and or a passion for colour & design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
