Rental Sales Officer
The successful applicant must be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast paced team environment. They will provide excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the business. Confidence in offering Europcar products and services to clients both face to face and over the phone is essential.
You will be required to;
- Complete customer rental agreements and other documentation.
- Handle and reconcile cash transactions.
- Possess intermediate computer knowledge.
- Assist clients with vehicle collection, return and inspection.
- Hold a current 'unrestricted' manual drivers licence.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in customer service, be eager to learn and flexible with days and hours including weekend work and early morning starts.
