Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Early Years Manager to lead the daily operations and strategic direction of our Berrimba Childcare Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring culturally safe, trauma-aware services that are of high quality and compliant with national regulations.

* Operational management of Berrimba Childcare Centre and associated programs
* Culturally safe and high-quality early childhood service delivery
* Positive workplace culture development and maintenance
* Compliance, risk management, and governance systems oversight
About the Role:
* Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity required
* Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field (or working towards)
* Strong experience managing accredited childcare centres and leading teams
* Deep understanding of Aboriginal culture, early childhood development, and trauma-informed practice
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the centre's objectives are met
* Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families
* Build strong relationships with families and community organisations to strengthen partnerships
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
