We're partnering with a growing national logistics business to appoint a Transport Administration Manager for their newly established NSW operation based in Minchinbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity, taking ownership of the administration function and building structure, consistency, and accountability across a busy transport environment.

The Opportunity

This role will see you lead a critical administration team, supporting day-to-day transport operations while driving improvements across systems, processes, and governance.

You'll bring calm and structure to what has been a fast‐paced, evolving environment, ensuring the team operates efficiently while maintaining high standards across compliance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and manage a transport administration team
* Drive attendance, accountability, and performance across the team
* Oversee rostering and daily task allocation
* Ensure consistent use of systems (TMS and internal dashboards)
* Maintain strong governance, accuracy, and process compliance
* Support transport operations through structured, reliable administration
* Work closely with allocators and operational leaders to improve workflow and visibility

About You

* Proven experience within transport or logistics administration is essential
* Previous leadership experience managing teams
* Strong understanding of transport processes and systems (TMS exposure highly regarded)
* Highly organised, structured, and process‐driven
* Hands‐on leadership style — comfortable being on the floor with your team
* Confident driving standards, improving performance, and implementing structure
