We work with NSW Government agencies to connect them with our capabilities and help them to deliver better digital experiences for our customers. This role will have broad coverage leading activities that drive awareness, engagement, and relationship development with our partners. The role will be critical to enabling a broad range of digital solutions that deliver meaningful value. We are looking for a member with a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. To be successful in this role you will have many of the following attributes and skills: Superior communication including developing strategic relationships, with exceptional influencing and negotiating capabilities to drive activity to outcomes through collaborating across the business and stakeholder landscapes Lead the negotiation and delivery of inter-agency agreements inclusive of commercial passthrough arrangements and service terms to achieve maximum value from digital products and platforms Experience in developing critical documentation and quality reviewing prepared material Work collaboratively with technical leads and product areas to manage resources across multiple agency portfolios Lead engagement and collaboration with business partners and stakeholders, to understand priorities and issues to consult, negotiate and influence outcomes to optimise effective digital products, systems, solutions and services Lead and manage multiple concurrent complex activities, prioritise tasks, manage and maintain awareness of risks to the portfolio and provide transparency to stakeholders through effective reporting and applicable governance processes.
