Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand business challenges and communicate the value of proposed solutions.
* Work closely with internal and client teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish timelines for the implementation of UKG Pro WFM.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions that align with their business requirements and objectives.
* Utilize your deep knowledge of UKG Pro and BPM Strategy & Solutions to design and implement efficient and effective business processes.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
* Lead platform transformation initiatives by integrating application and functional process expertise.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and systems.
* Leverage established methods, tools, and assets to optimize business processes and solutions.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in UKG Pro and BPM Strategy & Solutions to continuously improve our offerings.
* Extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions.
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What you will need
* Master proficiency in UKG Pro.
* Master proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills.
* A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Nice to have
* Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management.
* Expert proficiency in Business Process Design.
* Expert proficiency in Business Process Implementation.
* Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
