The Opportunity
You'll be in a three-person team, taking ownership of tenders and quoting across commercial office and industrial fit-out projects ranging from $500k - $2m.
With two estimators already in place, this role steps in as the safe pair of hands to review their work, ensure accuracy, and lift the overall standard – removing pressure from the Director for final sign-off.
The Company
A fast-moving commercial builder with a strong pipeline of repeat clients across office and industrial fit outs. They operate out of a Varsity Lakes head office and are known for a diligent, process-driven approach.
The business uses Procore and ServiceM8 to streamline delivery and support a collaborative, highly organised work culture.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing detailed estimates for fit-out projects from $500k to $2m
* Leading quality control across all estimates and reviewing work from two estimators
* Managing tender submissions, scope reviews, pricing, and take-offs
* Handling smaller quotes quickly and accurately when requiredWorking closely with the Director to maintain consistency and accuracy in pricing
* Using Procore and ServiceM8 (training provided if needed)
What You Bring
* Experience in estimating within commercial construction or fit-out
* Tertiary qualification
* Strong business acumen and solid construction common sense
