Part-time fashion & e-Commerce assistant

About the role
We’re a growing online fashion boutique looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and fashion-obsessed part-time team member to support our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role that combines order fulfilment, e-commerce support, and creative digital work, making it perfect for someone who loves fashion and wants to build real experience in an online retail business.
You’ll be working closely with the owner and will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute ideas as the business evolves.
Key responsibilities
Order fulfilment
• Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders with care and attention to detail
• Ensuring orders are accurate, beautifully presented, and sent on time
• Assisting with general office and stock organisation tasks
E-Commerce & shopify
• Supporting day-to-day Shopify management
• Updating product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory
• Assisting with site maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Marketing & digital
• Assisting with the development, coordination, and scheduling of social media content
• Supporting EDMs, campaigns, and promotions
• Helping bring brand ideas to life across digital platforms
Buying & fashion support
• Assisting with fashion buying decisions
• Helping track best sellers, customer feedback, and trends

Experience
• Fashion retail experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience with Shopify (or strong confidence learning it quickly)
• Comfortable using social media platforms in a business context
