The Role
You will support the Development team across key stages of the development lifecycle, contributing to project coordination, reporting, consultant management, feasibility inputs and internal decision‐making processes. Working within a collaborative development team on a major commercial tower that sets new benchmarks in workplace design and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Support planning, design development and coordination across key project workstreams
* Assist with feasibility inputs, financial reporting and preparation of internal documentation
* Coordinate consultants across design, engineering, sustainability and commercial functions
* Prepare briefing papers, progress reports and presentations for senior leadership
* Support the delivery interface, including program tracking and issue resolution
* Work closely with internal leasing, construction and commercial teams
* Contribute to value‐management initiatives and project optimisation

About You
* 2-3+ years' experience as an Assistant Development Manager or in a closely related role
* Exposure to commercial, office, mixed‐use or large‐scale built‐form projects is advantageous
* Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder‐management skills
* Commercially minded, proactive and eager to learn
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
