This learning period will take place across multiple stores in the South West & West of Victoria & Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, to ensure a wide exposure of the company is gained.

To be considered you will have:
9. Leadership / supervisory experience
10. Understanding or exposure to store financial reporting including P&Ls, rosters and budgets
11. Worked within a team to deliver results
12. Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders
13. Experience working in a fast paced environment
The successful individual will:

15. Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed
16. Have store leadership experience
17. Have a flexible availability
18. Hold a valid driver's licence
19. Have the physical capacity to handle products of a heavy nature
