About the Role – What You'll Be Doing
* Maintenance requests & follow-up, liaising with trusted trades.
* Booking and conducting routine inspections & reports.
* Lease sign-ups and key handovers.
* Friendly and clear tenant communication.
* Assisting the Senior Property Manager with minor rental and water arrears.
* Conducting re-inspections as required.
* Supporting the Senior Property Manager with overflow tasks.

* You have some experience in property management or a related role and are ready to take the next step.

* You hold or are willing to obtain a Property Management Registration.
