The Company
This venue is a local icon in Nhulunbuy, blending coastal charm with warm Territory hospitality. As a key part of this venue's leadership team, you'll help create an environment where customers feel at home and staff feel empowered.
The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes. You will assist the Head Chef in creating menu items and recipes and developing dishes. You will also assist with managing health and safety and other junior members.
Skills and Attributes
* Experience in a fast paced kitchen
* People focussed with a flair for customer service
* You set a good example for others
* Ideally used to working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Passion for great presentation
