We're seeking an Indigenous Relationship Officer to support First Nations employees and foster cultural connections in a dynamic, people‑first environment.

What You'll Be Doing Act as a trusted, culturally safe mentor and support for First Nations employees Build genuine relationships with community members and Elders Support career pathways, training, and workforce planning Advocate for employees and help resolve workplace challenges early Encourage and support culturally led initiatives and projects Be present on the ground, visible, and actively engaged with staff and leadership.
About You Strong empathy, cultural awareness, and natural relationship‑building skills Confidence working with First Nations people, Elders, and communities Experience in Indigenous employment, HR / P C support, community engagement, or training coordination Approachable, grounded, and trusted; action‑oriented and solution‑focused Comfortable living and working in a remote, seasonal environment.
