NDIS Support Worker Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring NDIS Support Worker to join our team. As an NDIS Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying abilities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing person-centered care.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support participants with differing abilities of all ages
* Support clients to develop goals from their plans
* Community access support including social groups, leisurely activities and workshops
* Support to appointments
* Domestic Household Assistance (when needed)
* Medical prompting and assistance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
* A qualification in community services
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Working With Children (WWC) Check
* Australian driver's license
