Role
As a Senior Asset Finance Specialist – New South Wales, you will be responsible for achieving financial sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving new business acquisition and retention through the development and delivery of tailored finance packages across the state. You will report to the National Sales Director and have both strong support and a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
* Train and develop external dealer and vendor sales teams on specialised finance tools and programs.
* Review and manage credit submissions and limits.
* Conduct regular customer and dealer visits to present finance solutions aligned with their business needs.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
* Continuously build industry knowledge and business acumen.
Candidate Profile
* Demonstrated experience selling asset finance solutions into the agriculture, construction, and/or commercial equipment sectors.
* Strong financial acumen and credit understanding.
* Proven ability to build and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships.
* Experience delivering effective training and presentations to dealer groups and sales teams.
* High level of computer and software literacy.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly across NSW.
* A relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, Business or similar) is desirable but not essential.

Work Arrangement and Location
Hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW – 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home, with regular regional travel throughout New South Wales. Western Sydney location with onsite parking.
