**Experience Required**: 
Minimum 2 years' experience leading customer service delivery in a commercial setting. 
- Strong customer service mindset, with demonstrated ability to deliver customer value and high-quality service 
- Experience in MS SQL SMS. 
- ITIL understanding and experience in incident and service request management processes. 
- An understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Software Quality Assurance, Software Deployment and Software Development Methodologies. 
- Ability to work within deadlines with limited supervision. 
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, consultation, knowledge management, problem solving and negotiation skills and an ability to communicate with staff at all levels. 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with staff at all levels. 
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance and or Health Insurance sectors (desirable).
